Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Restaurant overlooks the two-mile picturesque beach at Watergate Bay on the north Cornish coast.

In 2013, the client wanted to undertake a complete kitchen and restaurant strip-out and re-fit – all to an extremely tight schedule, set budget and exacting standards.

Commencing mid-January, the project was delivered through construction management in an on-site delivery period of three weeks. It completely transformed the space, upgraded the kitchen to offer them alternative cooking methods, creating a new dining experience and training environment for the apprentice chefs.
