Moor Manage was established out of a desire to offer clients a brighter alternative to the traditional construction experience. Founded on 30 years of industry know-how, the team is led by accomplished chartered builder; Rod Short, who held UK board positions at Alfred McAlpine and Wates Construction before overseeing a number of high-profile works including The Eden Project and Bluestone National Park Resort. A dedicated, full-service construction and project management company, Moor Manage attracts and retains highly qualified construction specialists who share Rod’s view that the client should be at the heart of every project.

What Is Construction Management?

Our Background

At Moor Manage we believe that your success is our success, and we are passionate about delivering supportive, solution driven services that will never compromise on quality. We work closely with design and delivery teams to ensure a seamless schedule of works based on making the best decisions for the client. Achieving your vision is what sets us apart and we firmly believe in putting the highest standards over profit protection; it’s what makes Moor Manage different and it’s why our clients trust us.

Our Intentions

At every stage of a project, from planning to post-construction aftercare, we understand the need to deliver high quality schemes that are not only on time and within budget, but that also focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance. Good construction management is what we do best and we combine this with a willingness to forge positive, productive relationships with every stakeholder.

Our Focus

Moor Manage aims to challenge the conventions of traditional construction by delivering integrated, client-centric projects to high standards. We understand the power of collaboration and appreciate what can be achieved when all stakeholders set out to meet and surpass the expectations, not manage them. Rod and the team offer a unique approach to Construction Management that has a proven track record of attaining great results.
