Talland Bay, Looe
Talland Bay is a luxury holiday home development located in Looe. The project consisted of 20 timber-frame homes, infrastructure and landscaping as part of the second phase of the scheme.
When this £3m project ran into difficulties, Talland Homes sought to appoint a reliable and professional construction management company to get the development back on track.
All of the phase 2 homes were delivered to schedule and to budget in the summer of 2012. They were successfully sold by Talland Homes, resulting in a fully occupied and completed luxury scheme.
Further assistance was provided in their plans to develop a smaller third phase.
