The project consists of the new build construction a new Vauxhall Motor Dealership and Vehicle Servicing Facility on Plots 1-3, Cornwall Business Park West, Hallenbeagle, Scorrier for Dales Central Motors Ltd.
The detailed proposal is for a 7 car franchise dealership, to include a servicing workshop comprising 2 MOT bays and 6 servicing bays. Externally the site will feature car display parking and customer parking; it will also provide a secure car storage compound, a service yard with 2 car wash bays and have a comprehensive associated landscaping scheme.
