We appointed Moor Manage as Construction Managers to assist in the takeover, re-procurement, and delivery of a 118-student accommodation unit in Cornwall. Unfortunately, due to CVD 19, we were unable to continue with the Design and Build Contractor we had initially employed to undertake the Project. Taking over and completing a Design and Build project proved challenging for us, our designers and Moor Manage. However, with Moor Manage’s support throughout the process offering build, programme, technical, commercial and delivery advice the scheme was completed in time for September 2021 student admissions. We are pleased with the completed building and would like to thank Moor Manage for their support and experience which proved valuable in allowing us to complete the building in a reasonable time and allow students to enjoy it.
