The client, Darthaven Marina, together with the project architects (Gillespie Yunnie Architects) involved Moor Manage in the scheme from an early stage. With an unparalleled riverside location, the Royal Dart Hotel is located between the lower ferry and the railway station. The scheme involved the careful refurbishment, protection and restoration of the buildings listed features.
